While up in Portland recently Jesse and I talked to a record store owner who puts out incredible soul compilations every time his heart gets broken. He said he’s only got one more coming which is simultaneously a sad and happy thought.
I left this project back burnered for a hot minute while I did fun stuff, not fun stuff and all things in between. I was sitting on the outline of this mixtape but life and myself kept getting in the way.
Thank you to everyone who is following (especially those who needled me to get this mixtape out the door).
